Terracotta pigmented panels were used on the exterior to reference the red tones in the clay / cement roof tiles, copings, chimney pots, and brick parapets of the surrounding roofs. The panels are then repeated internally to accentuate the key views, and paired with ash wood for warmth, complementary blue-ish tones, and neutral greys / off-whites for relief.
