Bradwell Common, Milton Keynes
Whilst working at Studio Buschow, Marco led the design for the refurbishment of communal spaces as part of an upgrade/rebranding scheme for a multi-storey office building.
In line with the company’s new image, a sophisticated palette was developed with blacks, whites, and off-greys combined with hints of colour. Dark wood tones provide warmth, elegance and texture, and the reception counter and central signage unit act as characterful focal points.
Brass accents lift the palette, used in details such as lighting, signage and trims/frames. Black fittings contribute to a clean, elegant feel that ties in with the overall scheme. Floors and main walls remain neutral for relief within the material hierarchy.
